Last night I did a Lightning Talk at Tokyo2Point0, with essential interpretation from one of my dearest friends, the singer-songwriter Kayoko*, about Eigobama and what we’re working on. It was a blast: in just 5 minutes and I think we got across the basic approach. I got lots of very encouraging Twitter comments, and I had folks come up to me after the event: people were very kind and thought that this idea could be a powerful project.

We’re working on Eigobama-izing our library of videos, and preparing to launch the next iteration of the site (which will be much more education-focused)…
If you’d like to get updates on what we’re doing, here are the best ways to do it:
Eigobama Twitter feed- for when we have big announcements just to the community.
Terri’s Twitter feed - for lots of different subjects, both related to Eigobama and not.
The Eigobama Podcast: Keiko, a very politically-aware friend and I talk and teach about each the theme of each week’s speech. We’re a bit behind at the month, but plan to catch up this month.
